‘The Common Agenda for Shared Living’ event gathered almost 40 shared living actors, including investors, developers, operators, architects and other industry decision-makers. During two panels we explored topics based on three pillars: Impact & Sustainability, User & Community Experience, Health & Wellbeing, as well as asked the participants questions related to their view on the future of shared living. If you missed the event, watch the highlights here. To-deep dive into key takeaways from the panels, download post-event booklet below.
On June 30th, Coliving Ventures will also be hosting a networking session during the official programme of WUF11. This event will explore sustainable forms of urban living and housing, with a specific focus on shared living models including cohousing, intentional communities, regenerative villages, coliving, build to rent, purpose built student accommodation, senior living and other communal living typologies.
The networking event will be facilitated using a ‘World Café’ format, which is a powerful social technology for engaging people in conversations that matter,
offering an effective antidote to the fast-paced fragmentation and lack of connection in today’s world.
We will structure the networking session in a way that we can share our internal R&D as well as facilitate smaller thematic group discussions where specialists can dive deeper into categories such as sustainability, impact, ESG, social value, architecture, technology, community, branding, marketing and more. If you would like to join, please just reach out!
Coliving Ventures will also be hosting a separate industry event June 28th, 2022 at CINIBA in Katowice. The event will explore how we can drive innovation, impact and change in cities of tomorrow with shared living through stimulating conversations, collaboration and insights into the future of sustainable and community-centred urbanisation. You can find more information about the event here.
If you would like to join the Coliving Awards or the Coliving Ventures industry event as a speaker, panellist or sponsor, reach out to our teams at email@example.com.

The Common Agenda for Shared Living, Partnerships, collaboration, community and consolidation in the shared living sectors, was an in-person networking event that brought shared living professionals around a common agenda. The goal of the event and our wider vision at Coliving Ventures is to collaborate to foster economically, socially and environmentally sustainable shared living ventures that are both impact-driven and financially viable. This publication is a special edition of Coliving Insights in collaboration with Coliving Ventures (as Coliving Ventures’ first portfolio company), and provides a recap of the event with additional insights and best practices from the panelists.
